Unlike timeshare you purchase your share secure in the knowledge that it always has an underlying value based upon the value of the property.

If you want to spend more time in your holiday home, then you can purchase a larger share of the same property or buy shares in properties in different locations.

You may sell your share at anytime and it will always be worth the same percentage of the overall value of the property. Your share(s) may be sold privately, bequeathed to your heirs, or given away.

No worries concerning the safety of the property whilst you are away. The property will always be maintained to the highest standards. The property will always be cleaned prior to your arrival with fresh linen etc supplied.

An on site management service will always be available to help you with any problems whilst you are in occupation.

If you require a longer period of occupancy then you can purchase additional shares either in the same property or another property elsewhere.

'The Living Quarters' property is revalued bi-annually so that you will always know the approximate value of your share.

If you wish to sell your share then you may do so at any time, either privately or through The Living Quarters for a pre-agreed sales fee.

An annual maintenance fee will be charged to each shareholder to include the total cost of running and maintaining the property for the year. These costs will vary with each property.

If you do not wish to use the property at any time then you may arrange a private rental or you may wish to exchange with another owner in another property utilising our exchange services or through the internationally renowned RCI exchange program.

Any maintenance issues will be dealt with immediately by the on site service

No legal fees, taxes etc or purchasing costs to pay on completion.
