• Make a provisional reservation on your property by either phoning or emailing your sales consultant at 'The Living Quarters'.
• If you are raising funds by way of a remortgage on your residential property you can obtain a competitive quotation and a ‘decision in principle’ from our partner Mortgages4You Ltd. This is to confirm that suitable finance will be made available to you when required.
• Complete the reservation form online or print it off and send it to your sales consultant together with a cheque for the £1000 reservation deposit and £1,495 for set-up/arrangement fees.
• You should now ensure that you can easily access your cash funds. If you are obtaining a remortgage instruct your mortgage consultant to complete your finance application to obtain a formal offer of mortgage.
• 'The Living Quarters' will purchase the property and their solicitor will deal will all the ‘due diligence’ aspects of the transaction including the formation of the limited company and distribution of the shares to clients. Clients can, at their own expense, seek advice on the transaction from their own legal advisors.
• Our solicitor will complete the transaction with no additional completion costs chargeable to you. At the same time as the purchase completion the solicitor will set up the company that will own the property and the shares will be ready for transfer to you.
• On completion of the transaction your solicitor will request the balance of funds and will complete the deal by transferring the due funds to the vendor and placing shares in your name.
• You are now the joint owner of a fabulous holiday residence.
