• A system of bi-annual revaluation allows you to keep track of the value of your investment and the value of your share which would normally be expected to increase in value each year.
• Your share grants you exclusive use of the property for specified dates. On arrival you will be welcomed by a cleaned property and fresh linen.
• You will enjoy automatic membership to the ‘Property Exchange Database’ which will enable you to either transfer your share to any of our other quality developments or exchange direct with other scheme shareholders.

Offer some or all of your allocated time for rental using their dedicated website to a worldwide audience. The income from this could be used to finance the annual maintenance or provide a source of personal income.
