A one-sixth fraction gives eight weeks of ownership with two weeks in each season. The weeks revolve each year to ensure you get best use of your property. Leaseback four weeks to us (one in each season) and you will pay NO MAINTENANCE* and NO RUNNING COSTS (except electricity).* We do ask you to pay £250 which is half the sinking fund for your eight week ownership – but see the advantages of this below.
A 15 year OWNERSHIP PLAN guarantees you an exit. The lodges are held in trust with FNTC (First National Trust Company) who ensure that after the 15 years the property is sold on the open market at the best possible price with the proceeds of the sale shared between the fraction owners. We expect you to get your full money back from the sale and a profit.
The maintenance charge (you only pay a £250 contribution if you leaseback 4 weeks) includes a sinking fund which ensures we keep your property in tip top condition right up until the last day of the 15 year period so it can be sold at its best possible price.
All your weeks will qualify for our exchange program with 4,500 stunning resorts in more than 100 countries worldwide. You will be able to exchange one or more or all of your weeks. Our exchange program will give you total flexibility for the period of your ownership.
